Personal Emergency Response

Personal Emergency Response System, also known as PERS, provides an alert system for individuals who are frail, who live alone, and/or who are a fall risk.

The device is set up to alert for a fall or health emergency, and a designated person is contacted to check on the individual. If the person indicates an emergency, first responders will be notified to go to the individual’s home to provide aid.
